I have been to this place many times and it's usually pretty consistent. However, tonight must have been an off night. It was not really crowded. It was actually a lot less crowded than when a football came is on or on the weekend. Food took a long time to arrive - about 42 mins. When it did arrive it was hot, however, the wings were burnt and so was the pulled port sandwich. Usually these are pretty descent. The waitress did seem concerned, but we did not voice up at the time since we did not want to wait another 40 minutes for food. Safety in numbers, the people behind us and in front of us had similar complaints. I will give it another try and if it's better the next time, I will update this review.
