I called Environmental Pest Management at 9:00 am and Karen was so friendly and helpful. By 11:30 am the same day, Josh was at my home to inspect. He was professional, knowledgeable and explained my options. Thanks for everything!

*This is a revision of a previously 3 star review* I've been waiting for 3 months to write this review because I didn't want to get excited too early, but I can finally say it out loud: those damn fleas are gone. My original experience with the company was lukewarm. They came out and sprayed a few times. It took one treatment for most of the house, but my unfinished basement proved to be a little more complicated since the chemicals basically seep into the floor and become ineffective. I was under the impression that after so many treatments that they were done trying and I gave them a three star review. I was wrong, though. The company reached out and came out about a dozen more times with different chemicals, ideas, and methods to kill the fleas in my basement. The last treatment was toward the end of December if I remember correctly, almost 5 months after the first one. In that time, I vacuumed so much I broke my vacuum, we doused the floor in boiling water and vinegar, and this company even bought a dehumidifier to help dry out the air, making them easier to kill. The process is about the same for every visit, they spray some chemicals, lay some traps, and then see what happens. What's there to complain about? They came, they saw, and they conquered. It took them longer than I'd hoped, but once it was explained to me why the basement treatments weren't as effective as they should be, it's understandable. I guess stone floors and walls are a boon for fleas and a bother for exterminators in general. I would definitely recommend this company. Just make sure you're clear about your availability because you do have to leave the house for a while. I also highly recommend doing the included pre and post treatment checklists to ensure the best results. Fleas suck, this company doesn't.
