OhioHealth Corp. in the past few weeks announced $1 billion worth of expansions at its two flagship Columbus hospitals, after opening 2023 by acquiring two rural hospitals. Where does Central Ohio's largest hospital system grow next? OhioHealth quietly bought 57 acres in November 2020 from the New Albany Company at Beech Road and Route 161, the center of the city's Licking County business park, according to property records. So far it has spent $12 million on the acquisition, according to the system.
