Around 50 people gathered Thursday night for a vigil outside Westerville City Hall to honor Donovan Lewis, a 2020 Westerville Central High School graduate who was fatally shot by a Columbus police officer Aug. 30.Those in attendance spoke about the 20-year-old Lewis and held a moment of silence.James Prysock, president of WeRISE for Greater Westerville, said the vigil was organized as an opportunity for members of the Westerville community to mourn the loss of one of their own."There's not always spaces for people to do that," Prysock said.
