A residential real estate company specializing in rental communities for older adults is bringing more than 1,000 housing units to Central Ohio over the next year. Wilcox Communities, a Worthington-based building and development firm, has seven new communities in the pipeline. During 2023, construction will wrap up on three projects and three others will break ground. One of the firm's project is readying to open for residents in the next two months. The housing developments are located throughout the Central Ohio suburbs, including Marysville, Liberty Township, Canal Winchester, Reynoldsburg, Westerville, Orange Township and Delaware.
