Little did Emily Fermier know she would first find her life's passion from a childhood neighbor.'When I was a kid, my dream job was to be a hairstylist or dolphin trainer,' recalled Fermier. 'I've always enjoyed learning and always enjoyed teaching. Throughout high school and college I taught swimming lessons, diving lessons, cheerleading and tumbling. I also coached volleyball for a year after graduating college. To be honest, I didn't set out to teach college students. I always pictured myself teaching younger children, similar to the part-time jobs I had through high school and college.
